Hey guys it's mr. meme here and today, I'm gon na show you how to fix your hair headphones. Now this is a fix if your headphones do not work or the loulou's sound, or you hear less in one side than the other, and this is a tutorial for you now I have your Apple earbuds, but this will work on any earbuds that you have. It'S a really simple repair will take about a minute or two. You need very bits of materials, nothing extreme go through now. So let's get started so the first thing you're gon na need over here is one of these ear pieces to the removes ear wax from here. But in this case, instead of removing it out of your ear, we're gon na be removing it out of these headphone because usually be apple headphones like these, the wax goes in and somehow it clogs it and makes it sound. You can't hear anything. The sound like just goes dim, which stinks. https://errorfixit.com/headphones-only-playing-in-one-ear/
Now I usually do this yearly. So let's begin it's way better than replacing your headphones. So if we're going to do is you know just get the cotton and get water now here have a cup of water on my computer, a cup of water and we're going to just grab it and we just dip it everything in no way. It'S called. Okay. Now that we got it dipped nicely in there, we're gon na come back to the headphones alright. Now, what we're gon na do is we're gon na kind of not get too much water in there. We'Re kind of kind of do this to kind of remove the water away now we're just gon na get the headphone and to make it cut down and we're gon na clean it out. Okay, we're gon na get a zoom in here, so you guys can see that see the defects. So, as you can see, here's the headphone as you can see, you have two circles so now mine is clean, but if yours isn't clean you're, not gon na see the circles. Alright, the other one there's the two circles and you kind of see the little border in the middle so easier clean right now, but if they were dirty I would see it so. Let'S clean these guys up, I'm gon na do it behind the camera, so uh. So you guys don't get all confused. I'M gon na try to do it at least it's very difficult to do it with my camera, but I'm gon na try to you. So here goes we're gon na dip it in again, though we just did one side. Just it's really quick guys. It'S really quick fix! You want my way to do a little longer than I did. I'M doing it quick. So I don't mine. Are you clean already? I don't want more water, because, if they're not clean, if they're already clean water will rush in - and we don't want that, especially if you're pushing it in so here we got this other one that we haven't done and we're just going to grab it. You can use even cotton if you don't have one of these just use, cotton or even some cloth, maybe like really small. You can kind of push in there and clean that off. It'S very simple to clean and it's very easy so letting you really quickly clean this one up and that's pretty much about it guys. It'S very quick, very simple! I don't know if you will be able to see that dirtiness this one's, not that dirty. Actually, there's a little bit dirty because I actually keep them clean like every month, because I don't know why I keep my hairs clean, but they end up clogging up and you know ruining, but with this simple help you won't like go through a bunch of headphones. You will save a lot of money, you will save $ 30 and you may even try these on other headphones. It works pretty much for all of them. This should some headphones are have buds at the end, they're not like visa. You just put them in your ear, you have like this little bulb, and but this those cannot be cleaned. I think just remove the bud the bud, throw that out and put a brand new one, but these do need that special attention, and I I swear I've gone through, like maybe five pair, that have the same problem now. If it doesn't work, this doesn't work. If it you keep losing sound, you don't hear anything at all. Then. What'S the problem? Well, it's gon na be something like a wire. Usually I've actually had Perry, bro earbuds that need broke from over here this. This thing just lost, and it's just really annoying. Well, they just you know over time they just start yanking on them. They break the last five a year. For me a little last least in a year. I just use them a lot in really rough conditions, but they should work now. Sometimes this the right side goes out, because this this little chair, there's chipping here that if it goes bad or this gets broke, broke in half pretty much, it just goes bad or what this gets wet. He goes bad and this side would not work and it's super annoying. Oh that has happened to me before it's the worst now another place in the most common place. That could happen is of course, right here where they are divided. This is the most common place. Why I'm saying this is because it's just so common to get that broken? Sometimes we do pull out with a lot of force, it can rip and over time it was just rip inside now I don't play with these. I recommend you don't want if you want them to last for a while, don't play with these, because these will eventually inside will cut, don't twist them. Don'T just you know just play with them. Don'T do that because I see people do that and then, like the next day, they come to do the work, something like that and they're kind of destroyed. You have to go, buy a $ 30 pair or maybe the other headphones that I don't know what to the cost, and you know it's just really annoying. Well, it's a simple fix. You know. If you take care of them, they won't ask you for a long time personally mean they won't ask me a long time, but I try to make the bet the best of it so say. I think you guys for watching subscribe to the channel. If you guys want more tutorials, I love doing this stuff well help you guys out, I used to have another Channel. I'M a genius not the best, but I mean that's really an easy fix, so yeah guys think that's for watching and I'll talk to you. Only

Let me uh, we do what I do do that see. This is the line right here. You'Re on this side. Don'T you ever come on this side today. I'Ve got a very important video to share with you. Essentially, what we're aiming to do here is figure out. The difference between an $ 8 headphone and a very similar-looking $ 80 headphone, now at the time that I purchased each of these, this was $ 7.99, and this was $ 79.99. Now this brand over here you're familiar with it's beats, and these are the most affordable. Over-Ear Beats headphones. As far as I can tell it's. A wired headphone sits on top of your ears. Should these be worth 10 times more than the headphones that are on? My left over here we have polaroid whoo. You probably remember that name as well, but like now they're making headphones, I paid $ 7.99 for them. If you're wondering why I chose these for this comparison, it's just because they look kind of the same. I mean look. It for $ 7.99 you've got inline controls some microphone. You can answer phone calls there fold the ball first up. Let'S crack these open change. The way you hear sound, look at this little microfiber bag to carry them in and I mean listen. They look good. A leather like surface that will touch your ear a flat table, so hopefully it won't tangle up too much. There'S a microphone here for answering calls all right cool. We got it not gon na be anywhere near as pleasant as the beats, not the greatest first impression, but hey you paid 8 bucks.
What are you really hoping for here? You see. That'S that's an $ 8 package right there, okay, a little bit more flimsy! The white color, the headphone itself, is like almost a yellowish. These are lighter weight. No soft touch material on the top. In fact, there's like a little bit of dirt on there kind of it looks like I don't. Maybe these were open before kind of a bonus on an eight dollar. Headphone is a braided cable. These plugs look super similar. It'S also got a single button. Inline there's also a mic in there. They'Re lightweight you're, probably gon na, have a little bit of sound bleed because they're not super tight on the fold them up. I mean that gets pretty small right there ooh, so the adjustment immediately is more smooth and the external noise kind of the noise of the room and so on is is a lot less immediately. I mean I don't know I'm starting to think. Even if we blindfold Tom, he's gon na be able to tell just from the field what we'll blindfold them anyways, because that's just well that's fun. To do so. We'Ve got an eight dollar headphone we've got an eighty dollar headphone. You probably recognize this brand you're. Probably a little more suspect about this one over here and what kind of you're, usually what kind of headphones? Are you usually listening to music with, I experiment all the time, I'm always changing. Oh load, it up. Google Play Music. Whatever you want man, whatever you're familiar with critical listening, what's your request, I'm open to anything you guys picked up what we're doing right now, Tom pick any song man. Let me think oh wow see because it's gon na represent him too much. Yeah: okay, go with the tool song they're, not on Apple music or Google, Play really yeah you're right. There are none percent. You like I do like Derek Lowe. Genius, be cool. Okay, Gary Clark, jr. off of Google Play Music, so this is a standard kind of listening scenario. This is how you would have your headphones plugged in getting blindfolded brother making phone calls to loved one. It'S blocking my ears. The world is depending on you Tom. You want more volume, more that's good. The world is depending on Tom right now. Does they need to spend 80 or can they spend eight ready for the next one's focused Tom? What happened there? Man tell the people what happened so the first one was the cheap ones. Yeah. I think you can name it from the feeling of it. No, the sound is a big thing. Oh huge, the volume difference was massive. When you were talking when I was listen to the first, I want to hear everything things yeah: they don't they don't seal around the ears and it's like a it's. A shallower, sound they're, cheap lady Fox, the sound quality. Isn'T bad for $ 8.00? Do you need to go up? Do you need to spend the 80 or are you getting by with the eight you're spending the 80? Aren'T you in this scenario right here, you're spending the 80 - probably he's spending the 80 all right. My turn max volume is not that loud. I mean eight eight bucks, it's not eight bucks. Okay hold up. I think a key part of this is just the isolation right away. Oh, you want to make beats sound good, just put them up against $ 8 headphones. What can I say pretty much what you expected $ 80 headphones sound better than $ 8 headphones. That ratio is incredibly subjective, though, when it comes to evaluating the difference and how much that might matter to you, even seventeen-year-old Tom and McDonald's, is still saving up to spend the 80. What is the difference? How much does it matter we get the $ 8 headphone $ 80. If he's going for an $ 80 Heffel, I think what we've discovered here is that most people need to upgrade their headphones I'll. Have them link both down below. Like I said, I think these went up to $ 12, but really, if you got the extra cash step your game up, I mean you can go. You can get crazier than this, though oh yeah, that's the thing and that's where that ratio changes. So maybe there's a follow-up video in which we take the $ 80 versus the 800 and then maybe you're, like I don't know, give the people some examples of things you can get for $ 8. The bay candy at the ballpark Tom loves candy, send candy addressed to Tom the addresses on the YouTube about Paige weird can close out the video me oh close out. That'S all you closed out the video close out the video. I don't know what to say: okay, Tom's gon na take everything that happened today and boil it down into one word: go fantastic, spend a little bit more on your audio gear. Your ears will thank you. What is this a commercial? Your ears will thank you. Hey guys, so I recently had an issue with my headset, where I could only get the sound to come out from one side. It was only coming out of one of the speakers and I couldn't figure out why now it wasn't a problem with the headset. I tried it on another PC and the headset was working, absolutely fine, so I knew it was a issue with the settings on my computer. You didn't matter what app I was using. What programmers I was using. The sound was only coming out of one speaker and it was really frustrating me anyway. I figured out how to fix it, and so I thought I'd make a very quick video just to show you how to fix it in case you're having similar issues.
Now, it's important to note that this will not fix the issue if the issue is that your headset is broken. So if the speakers blown or the wiring has come loose - and that is what is causing only one of the speakers to work, then this is not gon na fix that this is purely a fix for if your settings have been changed on your computer, either accidentally Or by messing around with the drivers on your computer, which is, I think, how I broke mine, okay, so to fix the issue. What you need to do is to go down to your sound icon on the bottom right of your screen. If you right, click on that and click on to sounds and then click on the playback tab on the top left there now, what you need to do is to find your playback device. So for me, mine is the SteelSeries artists, 5 headset, it's my default device! So I know which one this one is we need to do now is to right-click on that and go down to properties and then go to the levels tab and if you click on the balance button here. What your for? What I found with my issue was that for some reason, the number 2 well, the second speaker - was turned all the way down to 0. I don't know why it certainly wasn't something I went into and change, so I think I messed around with some drivers or something anyway. This had turned all the way down to 0. So all you need to do is to turn that right back up to 100 % press - ok, ok again, and that should have now solved the issue. So if one of your levels was set to 0 and you've now moved that back up to 100, that should resolve the issue, and you should now be getting sound out of both speakers. As I said, that is the fix for the specific issue that I had. If that is not the case with yours, then it may be another issue either your speaker has blown, the wiring has come loose or there's another software or hardware issue, but that was the text for me, and so I just wanted to make this video in case. Anyone else was having similar issues, so I hope you liked the video please give it a like and a thumbs up if it's helped, you and I'll see you next time. Thanks |
